2020 TCT Transplantation & Cellular Therapy Meetings at World Center Marriott Orlando FL

Doing corporate photography in Orlando you get all kinds of groups coming to get out of the cold and in to the warm Florida sun. At the World Center Marriott in Orlando FL I had the pleasure of working with Physicians' Education Resource to photography some of the speaking engagements at The 2020 TCT - Transplantation & Cellular Therapy Mettings of ASTCT and CIBMTR. This was an amazing expo filled with transplant specialists learning from speakers and each other on how to have better patient outcomes in treating patients. You know when you are at work and someone tells you to relax we aren't curing cancer here. Well these Doctors can't say that. Needless to say the majority of all their data went straight over my head! That just gave me the opportunity to focus on the photos even more.

Also please take notice of the lighting. The audio and visual team did a fantastic job on this conference. I always try to tell my brides and grooms that lighting in a room is key come reception time. Well this is also the case when it comes to speaking engagements. I photography many large corporate events and no one wants the photographer running around using their flash like crazy distracting people from the speaker or distracting the speaker! What's the other option? Tell the photographer not to use flash and have really grainy unsharp photos of their event because of the house lights in the ballroom. Let's go with option #3 pay an amazing lighting company to make the room look fantastic so your photographer can put down the flash and run around and dress in all black like the ninja that they always dreamed of being as a kid.
